Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped from New Zealand using local courier services or DHL. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving your order, and delivery times vary depending on location. To ensure the fastest delivery, we recommend providing us with a business address at the time of ordering, along with contact phone number. Alternatively if your address is unattended during the day but there is a safe place for packages to be left, please provide details in the ‘instructions’ section when ordering.

You can expect delivery within 3-10 working days for Australian and New Zealand orders; 7-14 working days for USA; 10-21 working days for UK / Europe / Rest of World. Please allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a guide only as provided by the shipping companies. GOOD&CO will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you.
