Terms & Conditions

Please read through our T&Cs carefully before placing your order. By using our website and/or placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.


All orders are shipped using Australia Post or a local courier service. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order, and delivery times vary depending on location. To ensure the fastest delivery, we recommend providing us with a business address at the time of ordering. Alternatively if your address is unattended during the day but there is a safe place for packages to be left, please provide clear instructions in the ‘comments’ section when ordering.

You can expect delivery within 3-14 working days for Australian and New Zealand orders; 7-10 working days for USA; 10-14 working days for Europe; 7-21 working days for Rest of World. Please allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a guide only as provided by the shipping companies. GOOD&CO will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you.

We offer safe online shopping via credit card or paypal payment. We are also able to accept direct deposit for Australian customers with orders invoiced via email, or credit card payments over the phone. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.


We will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items if the goods are returned in a saleable condition, with original packaging and tags still intact. Goods must not have been worn, damaged or washed, and should be returned within 14 working days of purchase date with original invoice or payment confirmation. Alternatively orders can be exchanged for any item of equal or more value in our online store (subject to availability). Additional shipping charges will apply.

We will provide you with a refund at our discretion for any items that are faulty, or different to the goods that you ordered. Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Sorry we cannot refund shipping charges.

Returns and exchanges will be processed once goods in discussion have been received.

Please note: any items purchased via our online can only be retuned to our online store, and cannot be returned to a GOOD&CO stockist.


If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please send us an email to as soon as possible with order details attached. We'll do everything we can to cancel or change your order as per your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, but can be exchanged.


Don't worry your personal info is safe with us! We do not sell or rent your information to any annoying spammers. We dislike them as much as you do.

This includes without limitation all intellectual property rights in respect of all artwork, fabrics, text, graphics, logos, images and software that are included in this website. Care Guide
Please be sure to only dry clean your Good&Co scarf with a well-reputed dry cleaning service. This advice is universal across all our different scarf styles and compositions, as water damages silk and can lead to the digital print bleeding and making all sorts of mess. It’s always best to store your scarves in dry conditions either flat or hanging over a clean coat hanger. Don’t hesitate to give your scarf a quick and dry warm iron if it gets creased.
